Welcome to Endy Ent (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, requesting a quote, booking services, or otherwise engaging with Endy Ent, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services

Endy Ent provides professional entertainment services, including but not limited to:

• DJ Services
• Wedding Entertainment
• Corporate Event Entertainment
• Private Event Entertainment
• Club & Venue Performances
• Photo Booth Services
• Event Production Services
• MC Services
• Lighting & Audio Services

Service availability may vary by location, date, and staffing availability.

Booking & Deposits

A booking is not considered confirmed until:

• A signed agreement has been received (if applicable)
• Any required deposit has been paid
• Endy Ent confirms the booking in writing

Event dates remain available to other clients until all booking requirements have been completed. Deposits are used to reserve event dates and compensate for scheduling commitments.

Payments

Payment schedules will be outlined in your quote, invoice, or service agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed:

• Deposits are due upon booking
• Remaining balances must be paid prior to or on the event date
• Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation

Endy Ent reserves the right to refuse services for unpaid balances.

Cancellation Policy

Client Cancellations

All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

If a client cancels an event:

• Deposits are forfeited
• Additional fees may apply for services already performed
• Custom planning work completed prior to cancellation may be billed

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule are subject to:

• Availability
• Staff scheduling
• Existing commitments

Rescheduling approval is not guaranteed.

Event Changes

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information. Changes involving:

• Event location
• Event timing
• Guest count
• Service requirements
• Equipment requirements

must be communicated as soon as possible. Additional fees may apply if changes substantially affect staffing, travel, setup requirements, or event duration.

Event Delays

Endy Ent is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather
• Venue issues
• Vendor delays
• Power outages
• Acts of God
• Client scheduling changes
• Government restrictions
• Emergencies beyond our control

Reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate schedule changes when possible.

Venue Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

• Adequate access to the venue
• Safe working conditions
• Reliable electrical power
• Compliance with venue rules and regulations

Endy Ent reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe.

Photo Booth Services

Clients understand that:

• Guests are responsible for their conduct while using the photo booth
• Endy Ent is not liable for misuse of equipment
• Props and equipment remain the property of Endy Ent
• Damage caused by guests may result in additional charges

Digital photo galleries and prints are provided based on package selections.

Music Selection & Requests

We strive to accommodate music preferences and special requests whenever possible. However:

• We reserve the right to decline inappropriate or offensive requests
• Final music programming decisions remain at the discretion of the performing DJ
• Client-provided playlists should be submitted prior to the event whenever possible

Photography, Video & Marketing Use

Unless otherwise prohibited in writing before the event, Endy Ent may use:

• Event photos
• Event videos
• Photo booth images
• Testimonials
• Social media content

for marketing, promotional, advertising, portfolio, and website purposes. Clients may request media restrictions before the event date.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Endy Ent shall not be liable for:

• Indirect damages
• Incidental damages
• Consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Lost opportunities
• Emotional distress
• Venue-related issues
• Guest behavior

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services provided.

Force Majeure

Endy Ent shall not be held responsible for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Severe weather
• Natural disasters
• Government actions
• Public health emergencies
• Utility failures
• Labor disputes
• Transportation interruptions

In such cases, both parties will work together in good faith to reschedule services when possible.

Website Use

Users of EndyEnt.com agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to website systems
• Distribute malicious software
• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Copy or reproduce website content without permission

All website content remains the property of Endy Ent unless otherwise stated.

Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, website content, marketing materials, and related intellectual property are owned by Endy Ent and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
